Celebrate the heritage of the Queen Mary with a festival of Scottish culture featuring music, dance, highland sport and more. This unique ship exemplifies the fine craftsmanship of Scotland and is the most famous ship built on the River Clyde.
The fun outdoor festival is packed to the hilt with activities and events including historical reenactments, highland and country dancing, grand parades with pipes and drums, and authentic Scottish food and drink. Two of the most exciting highlights will be the family friendly sheepdog herding demonstrations where wee ones can meet the dogs and the athletics competition featuring weight for distance, hammer throw, putting the stone, weight for height and the ever popular tossing the caber. The festivities are February 18th & 19th from 8:00 am to 9:00pm.
